Artist Adriana Melo’s first job was on Iron Man #320 (1995). Since then, she has worked on Fantastic Four Unplugged, DC’s Rose & Thor, Bird of Prey, and a Plastic Man mini-series with writer Gail Simone.

A comic book reader since childhood, Melo had aspirations of using her skills as an artist to bring characters to life. Little did she know back then that she would be well known for her work on Star Wars and Marvel mainstay titles such as Ms. Marvel and Top Cow’s Witchblade.
